We are leading manufacturers of Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene (NB 35 ) all over India.Total consumption of Emulsifier is only 3 % of the weight of the Nitrobenzene and 5-6 % of the weight of the total 100% Emulsion. It gives thick homogeneous cream color emulsion, having good consistency, better appearance & no separation for years (long shelf life). The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications. FM 35 Emulsifier is brown thick paste and is non toxic, having no adverse effect on crop.

Easy to Use:

• For a 100 Kg Nitrobenzene formulation , Simply mix 35 Kg nitrobenzene (w/w) with 5-6 Kg FM 35 (w/w) emulsifier, stir well with high speed stirrer for 5 minutes and then add 60 Kg water with continuous stirring for 10 minutes
• No thickener is required. The emulsion is ready for packing
• Viscosity and active content can be changed as required by changing water quantity and /or quantity of NB35
• 60 kg emulsifier is sufficient for 1000 Kg thick, Cream nitrobenzene 35% emulsion
• Most Cost Effective Product

Features:

• Milky white, Thick, Stable and Viscous cost effective emulsion formed
• Gives thick homogeneous white emulsion, having good stability
• The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications
• Emulsifier includes Antifoaming agents, Stabilizers and Thickening agents
• Non toxic and very easy to handle
• This product can also be used for upto 80 % EC formulations for Nitrobenzene

Dosage:

• Take 50 Kg Nitrobenzene in a container
• Now add 50 Kg DIKO-NB50 (Emulsifier) to the above nitrobenzene
• Stir for 5 min with a low speed stirrer or until the solution becomes crystal clear
• Now your Nitrobenzene 50 % EC is ready for use and application on farms
• Add 1-2 ml of this EC per litre of water for further use and better results

Now add 20 Kg NB 100 (Emulsifier) to the above nitrobenzene

Stir for 5 min with a low speed stirrer or until the solution becomes crystal clear

Now your Nitrobenzene 80 % EC is ready for use and application on farms

Add 1-2 ml of this EC per litre of water for further use and better results
